Linen Rental Policy
Events With a Touch of Class is excited to provide linen for your event. We have a wide selection of Linen available. If you don't see any linen from the selection we have provided on our website that would suit your event please contact us for further assistance. Our catalog of Linen is provided under the Linen Rental Menu. Orders can be made via our website for packages or over the phone. Events With A Touch Of Class will contact you to secure your 50% deposit once your order has been submitted via website. For prices or other inquires please contact (443) 857-7390. We encourage all customers to place orders at least TWO WEEKS prior to your event date. Any reservations made after this recommended time are subject to availability and may be subject to additional fees. Reservations can be made through our website or by calling (443) 857-7390.
Events With A Touch Of Class requires a 50% Non-Refundable deposit with a major credit card when the linens are reserved. This deposit secures your linen for the requested date. All credit card information will remain on file until items are returned and approved.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Orders can be cancelled at any time; however the 50% deposit required to reserve your linens is Non-refundable. If full payment is received and the entire order is cancelled for any reason, 50% of the total will be refunded. Any new orders or any changes made less than 48 hours of the delivery date will be charged a $20.00 service fee. Changes include additions, subtractions or color. There is no credit for unused linen.
If any linen is not returned, torn, burned or soiled beyond cleaning, a replacement fee would be charged in addition to the rental fee. The customer is responsible for all items listed on the invoice at all times. Any loss which occurs at the customer’s facility or while in their possession will be the customer’s responsibility.
Delivery & Pick Up
All linens for your event will be delivered, setup and picked up by Events With A Touch Of Class. All Linens must remain on the table and not be removed when the event is over. The costumer is required to sign for receipt and pick up of delivery at the event. If the customer or their representative is unable to wait for the return count, the customer may sign a return waiver, which specifies all counts taken by Events With A Touch Of Class are true and accurate. If Events With A Touch of Class find count of return linen is inaccurate the customer will be responsible for replacing missing linen.
We are not responsible for any property returned to us that does not belong to us. We agree that we will not keep any property knowingly, but ultimately it is not our responsibility. We are not subject to any charges incurred to you by other parties.
